NetaPAY connects to the multichannel infrastructures of PSPs (Payment Service Providers) and acts as an intelligent bridge between the client's management system and the PagoPA technology intermediary, handling all verification, control, reporting, and execution activities required by regulations.

The system automatically receives, processes, and manages the reporting flows notified by PSP, linking them to the corresponding debtor positions and generating accounting entries. These are stored in an internal repository, enabling structured access to the files.
NetaPAY enables automated reconciliation between bank transactions and reporting flows, highlighting any anomalies (discrepancies, shortfalls) through configurable workflows.
It supports the main payment models provided by PagoPA: Model 1 — direct payment via the Creditor Entity’s portal or app; Model 3 — payment through PSPs (e.g., ATMs, home banking, physical branches). NetaPAY manages standard interfaces such as payment verification, outcome notification, and electronic receipts in XML/PDF format.
NetaPAY provides standard connectors for the most widely used intermediaries and supports open integration methods, enabling interoperability with both Neta systems and portals and third-party and platforms. This ensures scalability and independence from the Creditor Entity’s technological infrastructure.
The platform is designed for multi-tenant management (multitenancy), enabling the delivery of payment services as a service to multiple organizations, each with its own subscribers, users, and customized processes.
