The company faced complex challenges due to the heterogeneity of its application infrastructure, which required a simplification of operational processes to improve service quality and reduce time-to-market for new offers.

The DA.Vinci Project lasted 20 months and involved E.ON representatives from several countries, with the goal of providing global governance and supporting implementation activities, creating an interesting and innovative multicultural team mix. Critical aspects such as the migration and harmonization of historical data from five different information systems were managed effectively, ensuring a smooth go-live and adherence to billing schedules. The DA.Vinci Project enabled E.ON Italia to achieve a significant competitive advantage, strengthening its position as a leader in the Italian energy services market.
