MDM Water centralizes the readings from both traditional MID meters and Smart Meters, managing the historicization of the relationships between the measurement point and the installed devices. During meter changeover, the system maintains consistency between closing and opening readings, feeding the Billing and CRM systems with the data necessary for billing. In parallel, the Data Lakehouse collects the entire set of read events, including those not used for billing, ensuring a complete and timely reconstruction of the supply history.
