Mission
Supporting Integrated Water Service operators in the proactive governance of water Contractual Quality performance, making it possible to identify critical issues during construction and to promptly activate corrective actions to achieve the targets indicated by the legislation.
Solution
The solution enables day-by-day monitoring of KPIs, the automatic identification of near-term performance and the ability to solicit the most relevant operational processes. In this way, it is possible to correct the trend in advance, improving the overall outcome of the performance.
Actions
The Neta Integrated Water Quality (IWQ) module offers advanced dashboards for monitoring Contractual Quality KPIs, which clearly distinguish the services already completed, allowing the analysis of delays, deviations and final results over closed periods, from the services still to be performed, for which the system processes forecast projections. IWQ makes it possible to assess the impact of ongoing activities on RQSII regulated indicators, providing an advance view of the positioning with respect to the objectives and incentive mechanisms defined by ARERA.
