MDM Water collects parameters, events, and diagnostic bits from meters and SAC systems, applying configurable algorithms to detect operational and consumption anomalies. When specific conditions are met, the system automatically generates an alarm and triggers the creation of an Intervention Order (ODI) to the integrated CRM or WFM systems. All events are tracked and stored in the Data Lakehouse, ensuring end-to-end visibility on the alarm-intervention-resolution cycle.
