The Neta Billing module introduces an adaptive billing logic that integrates the automatic selection of billable supplies based on objective events and conditions to the scheduled cycles. The system evaluates in real time parameters such as the availability of measurements, compliance with minimum periodicities, the outcome of pre-invoicing checks and recovery of previous waste. Eligible supplies are automatically included in the issuance cycle, maintaining compliance with contractual and regulatory constraints. The process is supported by heuristic and AI-based controls that improve the quality of the calculation and reduce anomalies.
