Neta4DOCS is the module that manages document composition within the billing process, supporting the entire workflow of printing and delivery to the customer. It features a fast and user-friendly process for mass document generation, which can be customized to acquire data from third-party streams, databases, or other sources. In addition to handling standard bill printing flows, it also manages the dunning process within credit management. The solution meets the needs of dematerialization, document management, and archiving for all types of document entities.
The process includes the Data Acquisition phase, which involves managing the flow generated by the mass printing functionality (bills, reminders, etc.), supporting the layout composition activity. In the Layout Management phase, tasks such as rendering, dispatching, and packaging (creating uniform processing "packages") are handled, along with the contextual generation of individual documents. The File Organization phase involves processing based on logic aimed at integration with document management systems, organizing activities related to integration with the Client's document archiving systems.
