We have developed an effective, stable, and robust service capable of managing both large and small-caliber meters, whether remotely read or not. It provides a single entry point for accessing metering data, covering both business and residential users, as well as traditional meters and smart meters.

To meet the client’s requirements, we proposed our Utilities Digital Platform, based on Net@Suite. The solution covers the Distribution phase of the Utilities market supply chain (metering to cash). We integrated the metering solution with the client’s remote reading system. Through this channel, we acquire field data such as measurements, alarms, and events generated by remotely read meters, while data from traditional meters is collected directly by the metering system through the meter reader assignment process.
We also integrated the metering system with the billing and settlement management systems (adjustment and balancing), based on Oracle Utilities, using Business & User Services delivered on-premise. Additionally, we remotely manage second-level help desk services, AMS activities, regulatory compliance updates, and application enhancements on Net@Suite.
