Challenge
RIVIERACQUA manages 150,000 active supply points across approximately 70 municipalities. The user base includes a population of over 240,000 residents spread over a territorial area of about 1,160 square kilometers. As part of its corporate renewal program, the company identified the need for an innovative solution that places the user at the center.
Approach
To achieve this goal, it was decided to create an innovative web and mobile platform that would enable closer proximity between the Utility and the User, with particular focus on the robustness of Billing and Credit Management processes.
Solution
Engineering embraced this important challenge by deploying high-level expertise and skilled professionals. To best meet the client’s needs, we selected our Net@2A suite. A process of unifying databases from different sources was carried out in full compliance with current regulations. The new Self-Care platform will enable greater autonomy for consumers in managing their activities, significantly improving the user experience.
