Approach
We worked with Ruzzo Reti S.P.A., the main water service provider in the Teramo area, to address this type of need by intervening both in the company’s technological infrastructure and in its organizational and administrative processes. Given the existing technological setup, it was necessary to align the IT system with recent regulatory requirements and integrate the customer management area with the administrative and accounting system.
Solution

Our experts implemented our “Net@2A” platform, which enables user management, CRM, administration, and control functionalities. They also provided tools to manage billing, overdue credit collection, and the entire meter-to-cash process. A solid data foundation was established to enhance and deliver business insights, while maximum security was ensured through our data center in Pont-Saint-Martin.

In parallel, we carried out several organizational support activities, including benchmarking against similar organizations, identifying internal areas for improvement and digital innovation, and introducing a process re-engineering path.
