Approach

We supported an Italian historical clothing company, with more than 200 stores, which combines the characteristics of winter outwear with everyday metropolitan life.
The company has repositioned its brand through development of its range of products into categories that complement its historical business and we collaborated on the creation of a new tool for the sales process.

Solution

The solution we proposed is a customized version of myClienteling, an Engineering's proprietary platform which consists in a central tool for the management of the entire sales process. It allows to:
  • Dematerialize and digitize the entire consent collection process for privacy management and the after-sales management process
  • Have visibility over the warehouse stocks of points of sale and regional stores in real time
  • Have mobile cash register systems in addition to physical cash registers in order to avoid interruption of the sales process
  • Integrate management of RFID tags into the purchasing process.

Finally, after a first phase, it was decided to implement a set of new application components to support users' needs, providing a simple and intuitive User Experience.
