Solution

Water Management Solution (WMS), a Composable Platform that adopts an end-to-end approach to business processes and operational activities to manage and reduce water losses.

WMS enables the management of an early warning system to support interventions required to address incidents in a timely manner, ensuring continuity of service to citizens. The solution covers all operational steps of network loss management.

A near real-time, data-driven approach to assess and manage critical day-to-day issues (abnormal flow rates, spontaneous leaks).

Actions

  • Capture and digitise information on a platform GIS, which helps hydraulic engineering professionals manage their activities and the quality of the data.
  • Using AI and sensor data already in use, the platform is able to locate potential failures in advance, enabling a significant reduction in water losses.
  • Analysis of information from asset management to assess infrastructure (age of pipes, breakage history, material composition, list of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, etc.) in correlation with data from other data sources (e.g. satellite radar images).
