Since 2007, Diversity Day has been the most significant Italian event dedicated to the professional integration and inclusion of individuals with disabilities and those belonging to protected categories under Law L.68/99. At Engineering, diversity and inclusivity are fundamental values, and we strive daily to overcome stereotypes, creating an environment where every person is valued and can express their talent. To reaffirm our ongoing commitment, we confirm our participation in both editions of the 2023 event in Milan and Rome.
Following the Milan stage, Engineering will also be present at the event at the LUISS campus on Viale Romania. Our company will be recognized with the Diversity Equity & Inclusion Award presented by Value People, to be accepted at the opening conference by Alessandro Masciarelli. The day features a rich program, including training sessions on CVs and soft skills, information on disability services, professional guidance, and a significant networking opportunity with companies, institutions, and participants.
