The Placement Exchange continues its program of initiatives with Virtual Fair, the online career day conceived as a complementary moment to the meetings between HR managers and placement offices.
The format is that of a career day, but with all the advantages deriving from the web. Before the event, companies will be able to set up a filter with the criteria of interest and decide which candidates to contact.
Engineering will participate in the first appointment in 2020 designed for the Economic and Humanities area and scheduled for January 30th.
On the day of the event, the recruiters will view the queue with the target candidates who wish to meet them and will be able to carry out video interviews via Skype. At the end of the Virtual Fair, the database of all the participants who have chatted with the company or sent their data will be available.
