Women Hack is an event that aims to connect female engineers, designers, managers and other professionals with various leading companies in Italy and around the world. On April 20 from 7 p.m. we will open the doors of our Rome office at Piazzale dell'Agricoltura 24 to host the new edition of the Job Fair.
Engineering recognizes a very important value in diversity and inclusiveness, and every day acts to overcome stereotypes and create an environment where everyone is valued and can express their talent and potential. This is why we decided to partner with Women Hack.
We, as the host of the evening, will open with a welcome speech and presentation of our strategies and activities to protect and stimulate the professionalism of women - especially STEM - inside and outside their corporate boundaries.
There will be a number of companies in the room, from the largest companies to the most innovative startups, which will offer guests the opportunity to learn more about their realities and conduct cognitive interviews at their dedicated desks.
Women Hack is a unique opportunity to get in touch with numerous realities, and of course we as hosts will be happy to answer any questions participants may have and explain the career and growth opportunities available at Engineering.
