With the aim of improving and strengthening their external perception, today's financial institutions must place the customer at the center of their processes and adopt a simple, direct, multichannel and customized communication approach.

The latter is among the challenges faced by Intesa Sanpaolo, one of the leading Italian banking groups: we supported Intesa Sanpaolo in transforming its customer database management through a digital innovation project, named "New Customer Layer".

The challenge was to improve Customer Experience, introducing far-reaching elements of functional and technological innovation, as well as maintaining existing database management solutions.
