In a continuously expanding partnership, Engineering USA Digital Industry Plant Simulation team supported Emerson in creating Digital Twins for both the HVAC (Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) and Automation & Control manufacturing divisions in North America.
Solution
To optimize the plant layout, the equipment and containers to be purchased from the new HVAC division, we have developed and built a simulation model (Tecnomatix), continuing to refine the Digital Twin with the addition of features, which meet the needs of the company and the sector in continuous evolution. The model will be used as a global standard for the entire division and the Engineering team will provide end users training and documentation sessions.
