The full range of our services and technologies are deployed in support of one of the largest dairy companies in South America, with more than 7,000 milk producers active across the whole territory.
The company’s requirements involved identifying a “digital farming” solution that could optimize the existing production and logistics processes on which the entire milk production chain is based.
At Engineering, we responded by focusing on all of our competencies and technologies as we helped the company to make progress on their digital transformation process.
We mapped out the most relevant gaps in order to identify the required action areas. These included:
