Solution

The main objective of a bridge management system (BMS) is to provide a functionally safe and efficient infrastructure.

The BMS system typically interfaces with GIS and BIM systems, as well as workforce management solutions for scheduling inspections and work on construction sites.

Our platform dedicated to support inspections and Workforce Management System (WFM) provides the ability to track the status of any anomaly in the artwork and optimize activities that include maintenance, rehabilitation, restoration and replacement to maximize the life cycles of any bridge structure.

Actions

Bridges are complex structures whose management requires expertise and special attention to all technical, social and economic aspects.

Starting from level 0, the creation of an inventory of the structures, the main structural characteristics (metadata) and documents, bridges are ranked using a multi-risk analysis (structural, geological, seismic, hydraulic) based on direct inspection.

A rank-based scheduling of maintenance and inspection and systems to monitor the condition of the structural infrastructure in near real-time in a continuously updated iterative cycle. The predictive maintenance program can equip the network with sensors that "read" the behavior of bridges and viaducts through Structural Health Monitoring (SHM).
